With interstitial cystitis, ulcers form in the bladder tiny cracks develop in the bladder wall and they fill up with urine causing troubles in the
tissues right next to your bladder muscle tissues.

Overview of Interstitial Cystitis

Interstitial Cystitis is a disabling bladder problem that you might not have heard of before unless you’ve been diagnosed with it . You might believe it’s some newly diagnosed disease considering that so little is known about effective remedies or treatments. The fact is that it was first identified over a century ago so a lot of facts are already well known.

Interstitial Cystitis is thought to be tied to issues affecting the immune system. What’s really surprising is that there are still some medical experts who don’t believe the condition is real. These doctors don’t refute that an affected person experiences pain or other symptoms but they have doubts about the causes of this and what to do for treatment.

There are several levels of interstitial cystitis which include one that is referred to as, end stage. Obviously, that is by far the most significant level of interstitial cystitis. Somewhere close to 5 % of all cystitis patients are at “end stage”.

With interstitial cystitis, scar tissue has built up along the inside of the bladder walls. Once the stage of these hard bladder walls occurs, the amount of urine the bladder can hold decreases. In other words your bladder capacity becomes less, you have to go to the bathroom more frequently and along with it comes a discomfort and urinary urgency that are reported to be just terrible. In addition to this bladder discomfort and urinary urgency and bladder soreness and urinary freqency, a number of end stage individuals wind up with ulcers on the inside walls of his or her bladder.

Otherwise known as non-bacterial cystitis, once a complete medical workup is done and the urinary region is examined and is found to be infection free, the diagnosis of interstitial cystitis may be appropriate. If a person’s immune system is compromised they are more susceptible to having interstitial cystitis. The logic behind this thought is that cystitis can be prevalent if your immune system has been adversely effected by other stressors.

Interstitial Cystitis Creates Tiny Cracks in the Bladder Wall

When ulcers form in the bladder tiny cracks develop in the bladder wall and they fill up with urine causing troubles in the tissues right next to your bladder muscle tissues. The urine in these cracks causes bladder lining irritation and then the bladder lining begins to break down. This leads to the urinary urgency and urinary frequency and soreness associated with interstitial cystitis.

Women are a lot more likely to have interstitial cystitis compared to men. In men, when the urinary tract and immune system are healthy, interstitial cystitis just isn’t as likely to occur. As far as men are concerned, if they suffer from prostate issues they are more likely to develop bacterial infections in the bladder. Cystitis comes in two basic flavors, bacterial or non-bacterial and there is a connection between common urethritis in men and STDs.

Details of our understanding of Interstitial Cystitis are based on sound research which is going on worldwide and which makes the situation seem much less mysterious. Unfortunately, there is merely one type of medication used to deal with this issue for patients. And worse than that is that it appears that numerous patients aren’t able to tolerate this kind of drug. This makes it challenging to say that there’s been much good done in terms of increasing patients well being or properly treating the trouble.

The worst of it is the end phase of interstitial cystitis because the person has to to endure severe effects as well as pain. If the doctor thinks that you are struggling with interstitial cystitis, you need to get the help your doctor recommends in order to effectively control your interstitial cystitis symptoms.

I just had a phone conversation with an overactive bladder client who had been suffering with severe urinary frequency at night and all throughout the day and he gave me a very happy report after using my 8 week Bladder Fitness bladder training program. Here is a copy of the email message he sent me before our phone call:

“My bladder problems have improved very much since my first contact with you. Beginning this January I can stay in bed all night most nights now. I’m thrilled. This has not happened since before my prostate cancer was found in January 1999.”

Instead of just doing kegel exercises for vaginal tightening have you considered laser remedies for the smoothing of cellulite up to the skin of the vagina's outer labia? Well, pretty barbie down there must be pretty too. But we are not yet done, here comes another - labiaplasty and the vaginal tightening or recontouring the inner labia through surgery.

Vaginal Tightening, Kegel Exercises and Vaginal Spas

A spa experience is healthy but sometimes threatening to a woman. Exfoliating with bristly salt scrubs feels nice, but it can go as far as the – bottom. Self-tanners can be applied to your whole body, and that includes the breasts. Sometimes, even though a bit expensive, still we pay for the relaxation that spas could provide, and while relaxing, a person unknown to you cleaves hot wax between those legs of yours. And then, there came a “medspa” dedicated exclusively to the genital parts of women. Famously known as Phit or Pelvic Health Integrated Techniques, we asked its founding doctor Lauri Romanzi, MD to satisfy my curiosity.

Click Here For Free Video Reveals The Secrets Of Kegel Exercises And OverActive Bladder

The main reason for Phit is “pelvic fitness”. Kegel exercise is a great help for the control of urine and sexual satisfaction by strengthening the floor of the pelvic area. Since this concept is somewhat new and there are few opportunities for women to be educated about this, that’s when Phit came in. Aimed at training women control their urinary activity and have better satisfaction in bed is what we are after here. Says Romanzi. Not only that, aside from training in kegel exercises they provide Phit also offers (although a bit heavy on the pocket) laser remedies for the smoothing of cellulite up to the skin of the vagina’s outer labia. Well, pretty barbie down there must be pretty too. But we are not yet done, here comes another – labiaplasty and the vaginal tightening or recontouring the inner labia through surgery.

Vaginal tightening and vaginal rejuvenation is getting increasingly popular, proof is that in the US alone, more than four thousand operations had been carried out by professional medical practitioners. Well, compared to the almost half a million operations done for breast augmentations and liposuction, it is nothing. However, it caught the interest of of the American College of Health care professionals and Gynecologists (ACOG), prompting them to say that the procedures are not “medically indicated”. ACOG also issued a statement saying that there is no enough data to support the claims of the procedures as well as its implications. However, for Lawrence Reed MD, a New York based plastic surgeon, physical discomfort caused by friction can be relieved by re-shaping or through labiaplasty. Proof is, he performs this procedure at an average of twenty per year.

Since more women removes hair from their crotches, they are now seeing those that are unseen before Romanzi added. Well, as many women are getting to the extremes with their genetalia, I can stick with my daily Kegels routine for my own vaginal tightening. How about you?

Based on articles within the Annals of Internal Medicine, kegel exercises are connected with a lower risk for erection dysfunction.

Enhance your sex life through the best kegel exercises”

Why do physical exercises? The answer is that doing so has a great deal of gains, including lowering your chance of cancer and diabetes, enhancing sleep and, obviously, helping conserve a healthy body weight. There is certainly a minimum of one more essential benefit-physical exercise can enhance your sex existence.

Click Here To Get Bladder Fitness Today

Based on articles within the Annals of Internal Medicine, kegel exercises are connected with a lower risk for erection dysfunction. The Journal of Sexual Medicine discovered that clinical kegel exercises interventions are proven to enhance sexual reactions. And also the Electronic Journal of Human Sexuality reported that individuals who do kegel exercises as well as general exercise frequently “feel happier about themselves, believe they’re more physically attractive and indulge in sex more frequently to those who don’t do any kegel exercises.”

Consistent with what I have learned during my biofeedback training sessions with clients, I produced a number of routines for kegel exercises for individuals who wish to increase their performance. All these routines for kegel exercises target the reproductive parts of the body with elevated bloodstream flow and increased muscular strength. Additionally, these kegel exercises concentrate more on the muscles that are frequently used during basic sexual positions.

If you feel you are on your best, and you’re excited to make love, you may want to try the following core exercises conceptualized just for you.

Ring of affection: Stand together with your knees soft as well as in a relaxed posture. Gradually inhale and circle the arms up and around aside, opening the oblique muscles between your ribs and sides. Hold it and breathe two deep breathing. Encircle your arms lower toward your pelvis. Hold it and breathe two deep breathing. Turn back like a ring and repeat five occasions.

This stretch helps strengthen the abs, internal and exterior oblique muscles.

Shake it baby: Begin on the bed with your knees bent and together and lift starting into a bridge position. Keeping your lower breast and stomach pressed in to the spine, sway your sides sideways like swaying in a swing. Shake side-to-side for about thirty to forty seconds, lower your sides towards the floor and do it again with gusto.

This fortifies the pelvic muscles helping increase stylish versatility.

Sometimes what seems to be an over active bladder is actually a urinary tract infection. Urinary Tract Infections or UTIs, are infections primarily in the bladder that can also effect the urethra, ureters or kidneys. While women have problems with UTIs more often, males also can experience UTIs. Sometimes over active bladder can lead to UTIs because people reduce their fluid intake when they have over active bladder and this can lead to urinary tract infections.

Men can also get both over active bladder and UTI and if a man does experiences symptoms of a UTI, he ought to see his physician to ensure there isn’t a prostate problems being mistreated as just a UTI.

The most typical symptoms of a UTI are usually:
frequent as well as extremely urgent feeling of the need urinate even though the bladder is almost empty
burning up upon peeing
sometimes belly cramping

You can find out if you have a UTI at home rather than seeing a physician and incurring the cost of a medical visit. Most pharmacies sell reactive strips that you pee on and can determine if there’s a UTI just the same as any doctor’s office would.

Click Here To Get Bladder Fitness Today

Many UTIs may be treatable naturally in your own home. Drinking lots of cranberry juice is the most common home remedy for UTIs. There is truly a great deal of experimental evidence showing that cranberries can prevent bacteria as well as treat UTIs. The cranberry juice creates a protective coating on the inside of the bladder so that the bacteria can’t attach and multiply thereby defeating the urinary tract infection.

It’s important that the cranberry juice be free of extra sweeteners since sugar won’t help a UTI and be a higher concentrate than what you get from the typical grocery store but can be found in a health food or natural food specialty shop.

To effectively handle a urinary tract infection, it is crucial to drink a large amounts of the cranberry fluid (around one gallon a day) right up until symptoms clean up and then continue drinking just about half that for no less than 10 extra days.

Organic, pure cranberry extract juice can be extremely tart. If you like, you can use a cranberry fruit juice supplement as an alternative. Some high quality health supplements will mix cranberry together with Buchu, which eases the sensation of the urge to urinate and acts as a diuretic. Remember to continue these cranberry drinks regularly throughout the day (each three to four hrs is best) along with plenty of refreshing, clean water.

Colloidal Gold and Garlic cloves can be used like a natural prescription antibiotic for urinary tract infection. They work to kill of the microorganisms causing the UTI. When you use a garlic herb supplements, do not use the odor-free versions because removing the odor also removes the antibacterial qualities. If you’re worried about having garlic breath, use a garlic herb supplement that also has chlorophyll and an enteric coating.

Items to avoid throughout a UTI
* Lemon, oranges, grapefruits or lime fruits: Could cause an alkaline surroundings which will motivate bacterial development.
* Sugar, processed foods, caffeinated drinks, carbonated refreshments and alcoholic beverages.
* Feminine hygiene aerosols, commercial douches, bubble baths, and also tampons.

With persistence, most UTI’s may be remedied in the home. However, when there’s blood showing in the urine or if signs and symptoms last for over one week, a physician should be contacted because it might reveal a more severe UTI that must be given antibiotics.
